Initial Consultation | 45 Minutes
During your initial consultation, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, including your dietary habits, medications, and supplements. This will form the basis of the assessment. Together, we’ll identify your nutritional goals and develop a tailored plan with practical, actionable steps to help you achieve them. If you have recent medical letters or blood test results, feel free to share them before your appointment.
Initial consults cost $250 (including GST).

Follow-Up Consultation | 25 Minutes
Follow-up sessions focus on reviewing your progress, addressing any questions, and altering the nutrition plan. We’ll work together to overcome challenges and keep you on the path toward your goals.
Follow-Up consults cost $150 (including GST).

Fresh Start 3-Month Weight Loss Package | 3 Consultations
Our Fresh Start Program provides personalised support to help you achieve sustainable weight loss:
‍1 x 45-minute initial consultation: Comprehensive nutrition assessment and a tailored plan to kickstart your journey.
‍2 x 25-minute follow-up consultations: Progress reviews, plan adjustments, and strategies to overcome challenges.
‍Resources: Meal plans, practical tips, and tools to support your success.
‍Email support: Ongoing communication between sessions for additional guidance.
Package Cost: $600 NZD (including GST).

Low-FODMAP Diet Package | 3 Consultations‍
Our Low-FODMAP Diet Package is designed to provide comprehensive support:
‍1 x 45-minute initial consultation: Nutrition assessment and Elimination Phase guidance.
‍2 x 25-minute follow-up consultations: Review and transition through the Challenge Phase and Reintroduction Phase.
‍Resources: Meal ideas, shopping guides, and symptom management tools.
‍Email support: Ongoing communication between consultations.
‍Package cost: $600 NZD (including GST).

‍Cancellation Policy
‍We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made with less notice may incur the full appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Are dietitian consultations covered by insurance?

Some health insurance providers either fully or partially cover consultations provided by New Zealand Registered Dietitians, so please enquire with your insurer. Some providers may require that you are referred by a medical specialist, so ask about this too. Payment for the dietitian consultation is required up front, and the receipt can be submitted to your medical insurer for reimbursement once the consultation has taken place.
